Disciples Escoffier Epicurean Dinner with Guest Chef Thierry Drapeau and Syrco Bakker

Mozaic will be hosting the first of the year “Diner d Epicure” of the Disciples Escoffier association of Indonesia on Thursday March 7th 2024. For this much awaited event chef co-owner Blake Thornley of Mozaic restaurant will be collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs Thierry Drapeau of Bangkok and Syrco Bakker of Bali.

The evening will begin at 6.30pm with a Pre-Dinner Cocktail Party followed with an epicurean 7-course tasting menu prepared by the 3 chefs.  The dinner offers optional pairing wines from premium international selections.
