Mozaic restaurant in Ubud, Bali will present a 4-hands dinner with Chef Julien Royer of Odette restaurant, Singapore – voted #1 best restaurant in Asia – and Chris Salans, Chef-owner of Mozaic, on 20 September 2019. The chefs will create dishes from their childhood memories in France using ingredients such as Kaluga Imperial caviar and Miyasaki Kobe beef.
