Mozaic 18th Anniversary: Dinner Spectacle, A great event is coming up on 28 June 2019 to celebrate the 18th anniversary of Mozaic — an evening of wine, dining, and live entertainment by the international choreographer and performer Jasmine Obuko and her performing group Kita Poleng.The evening will begin with an Anniversary Champagne & Cocktail Party with canapés, live entertainment, a cake-cutting ceremony. Dinner will be a 6-course tasting menu with optional wine pairings, and entertainment matched with the dishes. Chef Chris Salans will be in the kitchen himself cooking favorite dishes from the menu at Mozaic over the past 18 years.
Seating is for 60 persons only, reservations are strongly advised.

Arak and Spice 2.0, Spice by Chris Salans, Bikini and Dewi Sri distillery will hold the second of the series of “Arak and Spice” mixology collaboration event on 7 June 2019 at Spice by Chris Salans in Ubud, Bali. The guest celebrity mixologist is Arey Barker, head mixologist of Bikini restaurant and bar in Seminyak, Bali. Alongside Master Chef Chris Salans and in-house mixologist Bili Yoga Wirawan, the dynamic trio will create a 4-course menu with cocktail pairings all based on Arak (palm spirit) and Brem (rice wine), Bali’s traditional ritual libations.
Price: Rp 595,000 net
Time: 6.30pm onwards. After-dinner cocktail party from 9pm onwards.

Idul Fitri Special Menu at Spice by Chris Salans, Spice will be offering a special menu during the celebration of the end of the Ramadan, based on traditional Indonesian dishes shared during this holiday but with a modern twist as only Chef Chris Salans knows how to do. Whether you are on your own or with a large family, celebrating Idul Fitri at Spice will be fun and yummy.

Ikebana Flower Exhibition at Mozaic, In collaboration with Japanese Ikebana artist, Ikuko Oyama, Mozaic will hold an Ikebana flower exhibition at Mozaic’s lounge. Five freshly made arrangements will be on display and complimentary Japanese tea and candies will be offered.
From 12 pm onwards.
No bookings required. Just walk in at your leisure.

Lunch at Mozaic, The Workshop serves guests for lunch 7 days a week with a live cooking experience. Sit down in our comfortable air-conditioned dining room overlooking the rice fields and Mozaic’s spice garden, and watch as our Chef cooks in the stylish Miele kitchen in the same space and explains every dish presented.
