After working as Chef de Cuisine at Mozaic for 4 years Chef Blake moved to Shanghai and opened his own restaurant where he marries Chinese flavors and ingredients to the best of ingredients from around the world. True to Chef Chris Salans’ philosophy of cooking with local ingredients, the two chefs have decided to feature a unique 4 hands dinner called South-East versus South-West where both chefs will cook together showcasing the flavors of their home countries – China and Indonesia.
