The Indonesian Academy of the Bocuse d Or, the world’s most prestigious culinary competition, is happy to announce a series of Bocuse d’Or dinners to celebrate the recent participation of the Indonesian team as one of the finalists at the Bocuse d’Or 2021.
It is with great excitement that we announce that the team of Chefs have decided to come together to share the culinary creations that they presented during the Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyon and Guangzhou with a special appearance from guest pastry chef Dedy Sutan, contestant for the Indonesian Team of the World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France in 2017.
