Chef Chris Salans selected these himself on the truffle market of Montpellier in the South of France and hand carried the fresh truffles all the way to Mozaic to guarantee their quality!!! This one-off dinner promises to bring the unique flavors of Chris’ truffles to the table because not all truffles are born equal.
