A Gastronomic Trilogy

Chefs Nic Vanderbeeken of Aperitif, Ray Adriansyah and Eelke Plasmeijer of Locavore and Chris Salans of Mozaic collaborate on a series of 3 incredible dinners.
The first event will take place at Mozaic on December 12th with special guest, Chef Mandif Warokka, of Blanco par Mandif. An exclusive interactive 8-course set menu will be available for idr1.250.000++ per person. A vegetarian menu will also be available.
