Professional cooking classes, restaurant concept development and menu development, restaurant owners consulting and restaurant staff training services for stand-alone restaurants, villas, ships & hotels, are part of The Workshop's features for Professionals. Mozaic provides basic food and beverage service training to the standards of the award winning restaurant, from managerial position to floor personnel.

Professional classes are available for individuals or establishments to deepen the kitchen team's knowledge of certain themes and acquire higher qualifications to perform traditional cooking techniques. Through short classes of one, two or three days on the same subject, the Mozaic Technical Training Series, chefs receive key knowledge on techniques and ingredients from guest chef trainers. From bakery and pastry or chocolate and sous-vide classes, the Technical Training Series also touch the front of the house needs, like special wine training by Australian wine experts, guest chefs specialized in specific fields and star chefs visiting Bali.

Professional classes for individual long term and internship possibilities at Mozaic, interviews must be conducted and only a selected few will have access to the individual training program.
