Mozaic Group

Chef-owner, Chris Salans, brings you The Mozaic Group, the result of over five years effort on his part to bring to Bali and to Indonesia his culinary philosophy of combining fresh products, creatively prepared and presented, with attention to and respect of local produce and inspiration from local delicacies together with the latest cooking techniques and an originality shaped by his modern French cuisine heritage.

The Mozaic Group consists of 1) the world-renowned Mozaic Restaurant, a gastronomic restaurant in the heart of Bali 2) the Workshop or culinary school where the cooking techniques and the cuisine of Mozaic and of Indonesia can be explored and 3) the Mozaic Exclusive Catering offering the restaurant’s acclaimed dishes, wines and quality of service outside its premises.
