Mozaic Guest Chef : James Ephraim Promotion

Mozaic presents its new Guest Chef during a week-long promotion, from February 12th till 17th 2008. Joining the team of Mozaic chefs and sous-chefs, James Ephraim comes to Bali with New Zealand ’s Bracu Restaurant and London ’s Otto’s experience. After having cooked for the Duke of Westminster, England no longer offered James enough to satisfy his passion for culinary discovery... New Zealand and Australia did not satisfy his curiosity either... Mozaic and chef Chris Salans have finally caught Jame’s eye and we now invite you to sample his new found enthusiasm for Bali ’s best. Along side Chris Salans signature dishes and today’s market freshest, James Ephraim’s creations are introduced during this week-long promotion.
