The Workshop at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique offers Asian Ingredients in Western Cuisine classes for visitors of Bali. Concentrating on Balinese traditional dishes’ ingredients and the island’s fresh produce, the creativity of Mozaic’s cuisine meets simple adaptation and cooking tips to become a Mozaic chef, at home.
Over the last decade, the Mozaic name has been made synonym of excellence and has represented Bali in International Culinary events. Determined to continue contributing to make Bali a culinary destination, the team of Mozaic Restaurant has designed a cooking class introducing a modern French cuisine approach based on Bali’s freshest ingredients.
The Workshop is an air conditioned, comfortable and stylish facility, with Miele kitchen equipment in a home style environment. The laid back cooking classes start with a tour of the garden at Mozaic Restaurant, where ingredients are shown in their natural setting and a hands-on experience follows, until lunch is served. The classroom has a 24-people capacity yet is easily transformed into an intimate dining room, living room, kitchen experience for small groups. Individual classes are regularly scheduled every Wednesday, starting from 12:00 noon.
