Chris Salans’ cook book, Mozaic: French Cuisine, Balinese Flavors ranked #2 on The Gourmand World Cook Book Awards in Paris France.

On March 6th 2012, Chris Salans’ cook book – Mozaic: French Cuisine, Balinese Flavors was proudly acclaimed as number 2  best french cookbook in the World by the Gourmand World Cook Book Awards. The event was held in Paris at Folies Bergère, the world famous theater – in the evening before the Paris cook book fair of March 7th – 11th 2012. The book is published and distributed by Editions Didier Millet (EDM), a Singapore based publisher. Chris Salans book is the latest addition to EDM’s rich catalogue of beautifully created literary works that honors the beloved island of Bali.
