Mozaic Cocktail Dinner
Caryn Cheah and Karen Heng from the world renowned cocktail bar Barkode in Singapore visit Bali for the first time for a unique one-night only event at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique.
The creations of these two mixologists have been taking over the crowds of Singapore making their bar one of the top night spots in Singapore. Working with cocktails using a chef’s approach, Caryn and Karen combine flavors and ingredients of South East Asia into modern mixology with drinks such as Kantang Blossom, Popping Mango and Kaffir-rita. This approach is so true to Mozaic’s culinary concept that it seemed natural to bring the two together.
For this our two mixologists have been working closely over the last few months with chef Chris Salans and Renaud Le Rasle to prepare a 6 course menu pairing Mozaic’s cuisine and Barkode’s cocktails.
The evening will be entertained by live jazz music in the Mozaic Lounge, where a greater selection
of amazing new cocktails will be served.
