Grand Cru Bordeaux Dinner


Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud is proud to host an intimate Grand Cru Bordeaux Dinner in its Miele Workshop on Saturday 8th March.

Chef Owner Chris Salans himself will be cooking live in his Miele kitchen for this unique ‘Chef’s table’ in the company of wine maker Jérôme Héranval from Chateau Durfort Vivens for an incredible journey through these Grand Crus of Bordeaux.

Three different vintages of Château Haut Bages Liberal, Château Durfort Vivens and Château Ferriere will be paired in a five course degustation menu especially designed by chef Chris and Jérôme Héranval for this occasion.

Space is limited to 25 seats. Dinner starts at 7.30 PM

IDR 2,000,000 net including wines – Please note that as this is a unique and limited space event, VIP Card discount is not available.
