Chef Renaud Le Rasle joins Mozaic
Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud welcomes a new master in its kitchen, an artist of the culiniary arts and a friend of Bali : Chef Renaud Le Rasle, joins the Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique family by establishing a new tradition of excellence in the kitchen of the famed restaurant. At the helm of Chef Chris Salan’s gastronomy restaurant in Ubud, Chef le Rasle promises to dazzle in the foot steps of Chef Salans and Chef James Ephraim, adding his own truth to the misnistry of culinary excellence Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud has become.
Graduate of the Culinary & Restaurant Management from Tain L’Hermitage, Renaud Le Rasle comes to Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud with years of Michelin Star experience and some of the Culinary world’s biggest names under his sleeve. Indonesia knows him for his days with The Parklane Hotel in Jakarta at Riva Restaurant and for opening years with Ubud Hanging Garden Hotel. Chef Le Rasle came to Indonesia via New York and Paris where his experience with the best and greatest Medi Restaurant, The Russian Tea Room, Jean Georges restaurant at Trump Tower, and even at the famed Le Cirque Restaurant. He has worked with some of the best chefs the world knows today:
at C.T. Restaurant in New York, with Exécutive chef Claude Trois Gros, at Le Bistrot de l’Etoile in Paris, a Restaurant of Guy Savoy. He also started his carreer at La Tour d’Argent restaurant in Paris.
Chef James Ephraim leaves his four year stint in Ubud for a new project with Chef Chris Salans, which involves the beach, some sun and some very fine dining… For the moment, we wish to celebrate Chef Le Rasle arrival at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud, celebrate his creativity and his passion for the food we love.
